ANTAR VENTURES is a B2B travel representation, marketing and business development company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. For the purposes of the DPDP Act, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this notice.

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect:

• your name, company, email address and phone number;
• the enquiry type you select and the message you write;
• a record that you gave consent, with the date and time of your submission;
• a one-way, salted hash of your IP address, used only to prevent abuse. We do not store your IP address itself.

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, to discuss a possible business relationship with you, and to protect the website against spam and misuse. We do not sell your personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.

We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the consent box on the enquiry form.

We use a small number of service providers (Data Processors) who handle data on our behalf and under our instructions:

• Vercel Inc., which hosts this website;
• our database hosting provider, which stores enquiries;
• our email service provider, which delivers enquiry notifications directly to our office;
• Cloudflare, Inc., whose Turnstile service checks that submissions come from a person rather than an automated script.

We keep enquiry data only for as long as it is needed to respond to you and to manage any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

• obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it;
• ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your personal data;
• withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it;
• have a grievance addressed by us, and, if you are not satisfied with our response, complain to the Data Protection Board of India;
• nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.

We protect personal data with reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted connections, access restricted to authorised staff, hashed credentials and rate limiting against abuse.

The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set strictly necessary cookies to complete its security check. Our administration area uses a strictly necessary session cookie for signed-in staff only.

This website is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
